Do your lights meet the required standards for my country? Yes, all of our lighting products are certified and suitable for use worldwide. Most of our fixtures support universal voltage (100V–240V), making them compatible in the US, Europe, Australia, Asia, and beyond. What lamp socket do your lights use? It depends on the specific product. Each product page lists the socket type and whether a bulb is included. Where a bulb is not included, we recommend E26 (US standard) or E27 (international standard) bulbs, both of which are available at any local hardware or convenience store.


Where do you ship? We ship worldwide — every order, every country, completely free. Our warehouses are located across the globe to offer faster shipping and a better customer experience.

How long does handling take? Once your order is placed, our handling time is typically 2–4 business days before your order is handed off to our shipping partners. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.


How much does shipping cost? Nothing. Lysken offers free worldwide shipping on every order, no minimum spend required.


Do I have a warranty on my products? Yes. Every Lysken order comes with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not completely in love with your purchase, we'll refund your money — no questions asked.


Can I cancel my order? Orders begin processing shortly after payment is received and generally cannot be canceled once placed. Please choose your items carefully before completing your purchase. What is your return policy? We accept returns only when:

This helps us resolve any damage or defect claims as quickly as possible. The absence of an unboxing video does not invalidate your claim but may delay our investigation.


What if my item arrives damaged or defective? We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. If a return is required, Lysken covers all return shipping costs.


Can I return an item because I changed my mind? We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect purchases. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was described, we'll make it right immediately.


What items cannot be returned? The following cannot be returned unless required by law:

Can I get a refund for installation costs? No. Lysken is not responsible for installation costs, electrician fees, labor charges, or any other third-party service expenses. Please follow all installation instructions provided with your product carefully.


How long does a refund take? Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection and issued to your original payment method. Allow an additional 2–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


Are there any charges I'm responsible for? Import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other government-imposed charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Return shipping costs are also the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied item.


I'm in the EU or UK — do I have additional rights? Yes. EU and UK customers may cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving their order without giving a reason, unless a statutory exemption applies such as custom-made or personalized products.
