Refund & Return Policy

At Lysken, we take pride in providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order, as it explains your rights and responsibilities regarding cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
As all Lysken products are sourced and prepared specifically for each customer's order, we kindly ask that you choose your items carefully before completing your purchase.
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed and generally cannot be canceled once payment has been received.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws, including those available to customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
2. Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns only when:

The product arrives damaged or defective.

The wrong item was shipped.

The product is materially different from its description.
Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
We kindly request that any damage, defects, missing parts, or shipping errors be reported within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@lysken.com.

Products approved for return must be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received, together with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components whenever reasonably possible.
Except where required by applicable law, Lysken does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, buyer's remorse, or any reason other than products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
3. Unboxing Evidence
To help us process claims for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items as quickly as possible, we strongly recommend that customers record a continuous video while opening their package and take clear photographs of:

The condition of the outer packaging before opening.

The complete unboxing process.

The internal protective packaging.

The product immediately after removal from the packaging.

Any visible damage, defects, or missing parts.
An unboxing video provides the best evidence that damage occurred before installation or use and helps us resolve claims much more quickly.
If an unboxing video is unavailable, Lysken may request additional photographs or supporting evidence before assessing the claim. While the absence of an unboxing video does not automatically invalidate a claim or affect any statutory consumer rights, it may delay our investigation or limit our ability to verify that damage occurred during shipping.
4. Installation & Product Use
Refunds, replacements, or returns cannot be approved for damage resulting from:

Incorrect installation

Improper assembly
-
Improper use
-
Customer misuse
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Modifications or alterations
-
Damage caused by third-party installers or contractors
Please carefully follow all installation and usage instructions provided with your product.
Lysken is not responsible for installation costs, electrician fees, labor charges, or any other third-party service expenses.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved because:

the item arrived damaged,
-
the product is defective,
-
we shipped the wrong item, or
-
the product does not match its description,
Lysken will provide return instructions and reimburse eligible return shipping costs where required by applicable law.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges associated with returning products unless otherwise required by law.
6. How to Request a Return
Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support team.

Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
7. Return Process
Once your return request has been approved:

Carefully package the item using the original packaging whenever possible.

Ship the item to the return address provided by Lysken.

Send us your return tracking number.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will determine whether it qualifies under this policy.
Where permitted by law, Lysken reserves the right to choose the appropriate remedy, including:

Repairing the product;
-
Replacing the product with the same or a comparable item; or
-
Issuing a full or partial refund.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 business days after inspection.
8. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed.
9. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, Lysken may deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from any refund where permitted by applicable law.
Import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other government-imposed charges remain the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
10. Non-Returnable Items
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following items cannot be returned:

Clearance or final sale items

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made products

Products that have already been assembled

Products marked "Non-Returnable"
11. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Lost Orders
If your order arrives:

or is lost during transit,

Providing complete documentation enables us to resolve claims more efficiently.
12. Inspection of Returned Items
All returned products are inspected upon arrival.
Refunds, repairs, replacements, or exchanges will only be approved after inspection confirms that the returned item qualifies under this policy.
Lysken reserves the right to refuse claims where products:

have been improperly used;

have been incorrectly installed;
-
have been modified or altered;
-
are missing parts, packaging, or accessories;
-
were returned without authorization; or
-
do not meet the eligibility requirements described in this policy.
13. Shipping Protection (If Purchased)
If your order includes optional Shipping Protection, eligible claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages may be covered according to the protection provider's terms and conditions.
Shipping Protection is optional and becomes non-refundable once your order has shipped.
14. Additional Consumer Rights (European Union & United Kingdom)
If you are purchasing from the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy limits or excludes any statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Right to Cancel
EU and UK consumers may have the legal right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving their order without giving a reason, unless a statutory exemption applies (such as custom-made or personalized products).
To exercise this right, you must notify Lysken within the applicable cancellation period.
Returned products should be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging where reasonably possible.
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products when exercising this statutory cancellation right.
Faulty Products
If your product is faulty, defective, or does not conform to applicable consumer protection laws, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, price reduction, or other remedy provided by law.
While Lysken kindly requests that damage or defects be reported within 7 days of delivery to assist with shipping investigations, this request does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Shipping Costs
Where required by applicable law, Lysken will reimburse eligible shipping costs relating to approved returns involving faulty, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.
Where local consumer protection laws provide greater rights than this policy, those statutory rights will prevail.
