Free international shipping
Every order ships free, worldwide, with no minimum. Each package includes tracking so you can follow it from dispatch to your door.

Delivery times
Most orders arrive in 12–18 business days from purchase. Exact timing depends on your location, customs, and local couriers — some product pages list country-specific estimates.

Processing
Orders take 1–3 business days to process before shipping. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once it's on its way — tracking details usually populate within 3–7 days of shipment.

Customs & duties
Since orders ship from international fulfillment partners, your country may charge customs duties, VAT, or import fees. These are set by your local customs office, not by us, so we can't predict or cover them.

Delays
Customs holds, weather, and carrier issues can occasionally push delivery past the estimate. If that happens, reach out and we'll track it down with our shipping partners.
